I. JUST. CAN'T. TAKE. IT. ANYMORE.
OK, just imagine you have a really busy schedule and you're consistently caught in a whirlwind. The only time you get to read the papers is when you're sitting at the john. But because you're a nice person, you said OK when someone asked you help them perform some transactions. You don't see how you're going to fit it into your schedule but you don't have the heart to say 'no'.
You organize some of the stuff and got things going a little. Now, things got stuck a little cause the schedule conflict cannot be ignored - it's screaming at you! You inform that person that you're sorry and would it be OK if they made a trip somewhere to collect the documents and then deliver it to a place.
Wah, you know what or not? The fler got the fooking cheek to say, "OK lah, OK lah! Hopeless lah, ask you to do things!"
Wah-lan-eh, right there and then, my blood went past boiling point.
Why the hell do I have to do it for you? I am doing you a favor and the least you can do is, not say thank you, but to be appreciative and then lend a helping hand lah! And the fler really got nothing else better to do anyway and push everything on my plate....for what?!
I question myself sometimes, the things that I pile on top of my plate. Actually, I did not intentionally pile this up on my plate. I did not have the heart to say 'no' because they're not familiar with the process and I've always done it for them. But that a darn sorry excuse to take me for granted!
What do I look like.....like I live a life of sheer luxury, picking diamonds every other day and jetsetting around the world without a care?! Ludicrous! I am so done being a stupid idiot.
And nobody calls me 'hopeless' without a good reason! NOBODY!
I have been doing this pose, part of Cosmic Dance (a type of yoga, I am assuming), called Stargazer pose without knowing it is called Stargazer's pose a lot in the past. You see, sometimes, I don't follow the rules and come up with my own stretches and poses. It is fun. I have on some music, nice, soothing music or just anything I can click on. Then I go with the flow, letting my hair down. Just moving to the music...and that is when I come up with the above Stargazer's pose. This pose really stretches your sides. Keep your eyes on the outstretched hand if you are keeping it pointed to the top, as if you are waving or connecting to a higher energy from the Universe. Your arms will ache a little but hey, toned arms, here you come! :-) For those who want a bigger stretch, it is safe to slowly and gently move the lifted hand towards your back...don't overdo it, listen to your body's complaints and respect it.
